The Organiser & the Club reserve the right to close the course & stop play. In case not fully completed game due to weather, safety & unforeseen circumstances,
1) Cut off Time for Golf : 17:30pm
2) Special rules for the game:

When you make OB, or loss ball, please proceed to play at the zone of ball dropping with 1 stroke penalty.

To speed up play, all putts within one putter length (including rubber grip) will be considered a “gimme”.

When your ball drops at foot prints of bunker, please replace your ball in front of the foot prints.

You may clean the dirt off the ball on the soggy fairway & place back the ball on the same spot.
3) Calculate the Results for Golf Prizes: take the max holes that all players have played. Example if all completed 17 holes, we will take 17-hole result from the hole tee-off. Minimum 9-hole result
4) Hole-in-One prizes will be for lucky draw (Except for Hole #9 : Car)
Hole in one prize: to comply with Insurer’s or Sponsor’s policy if any dispute.
Only the first player to hit a Hole in One shall be eligible for the prize.

Bye-Laws
By participating in the event, all players have expressively agreed to abide and be bound by Club’s constitution and Bye-Laws.
The club & organizer would not be liable for any accidents/injury and property damage to any third parties during tournament & it is the responsibility of the player to be liable for their own insurance arrangements.
Kindly assist to maintain the golf course in good playing condition by: –
1) Repairing divot holes
2) Repairing ball marks on the green
3) Raking bunkers

Double Peoria Format of Play – SICC
Computer will select 6 blind holes – one par-3, one par-4 and one par-5 from each nine. The system will then exclude these six selected holes and use the remaining 12 holes to compute the golfer’s handicap using the formula below:
Handicap = [{Sum for gross for 12 holes} – 48] x 1.2
61 – 48 = 13 x 1.2 = 15.6 = 16 (round up to 16)
This will be the golfer’s handicap for the day.
